​Fair Market Value" Vehicle Appraisals

Our Appraisal Process:
  1. 1  Following setting of the inspection appointment, we review our library for information regarding the subject vehicle in preparation for the inspection.

  2. 2  At the agreed time and place, we will perform an inspection of your vehicle.  
  3. Including:
  4. -  Verification of all material information, such as VIN#, mechanical information, added options, features and other information as supplied.
  5. -  Condition of interior, exterior, trim, cargo areas, engine compartment, tires and undercarriage.
  6. -  Take photos of the unit, typically 12 -15.
  7. -  Gather and review any available information as to the mechanical condition, recent service, upgrades and their purpose, as well as inquire about any known deficiencies.
  8. -  This process takes about 1/2 hour on site.
  9. -  We require payment at the time of inspection.

  10. 3  Return to our office and prepare a report.  
  11. This reports includes:
  12. - Complete vehicle description.
  13. -  Copy of all Photos.​
  14. -  Copies of any applicable Value Guides for our vehicle, I.E. Kelley Blue Book.​
  15. -  Copies of comparable units for sale in the market place.
  16. -  Our determination of the "Fair Market Value" of the subject vehicle on the inspection date or on the date of the insurance loss (accident).
  17. -  The typical report is between 25 and 30 pages, organized for easy review.​
  18. -  The report will be emailed to you as a "PDF" file allowing you to send it to insurance carriers or print out any number of copies desired.  Printed reports are available for additional charge.
